You're Beautiful menerima Best Foreign Soap Opera Award

Di ulang tahun Park Shin Hye yang ke 22, dan di 500 harinya You're Beautiful, muncul berita You're Beautiful memenangkan the Best Foreign Soap Opera Award di the 2011 USTb Awards. 

Jaringan Kapamilya dan afiliasinya memenangkan total 15 penghargaan di the 7th USTv Students' Choice Awards Night yang diselenggarakan di UST's Plaza Mayor. 2011 USTv Awards dijuluki sebagai edisi Quadricentennial dalam perayaan ulang tahun 400 universitas.
